Program Description
The Higher Diploma in Software Engineering program provides students with the theory and real-world job skills required to design test and compile dynamic software applications. Students are trained in a wide range of software and code technologies for use in industries such as banking, communications, government, manufacturing, and transportation.
On successful completion of this training course students will gain knowledge and skills required to design, program, and test and deploy software applications for the PC desktop and the internet. Programming languages include JavaScript, Java, Visual Basic, C++, C, VB, Net Access, SQL and Oracle.
Graduates of this 62 week training program can find employment in the areas of systems analysis, computer programming, database development, web and desktop applications design, and software testing.
